Policy

Payments Are due on the 10thof the month. If payment is not received there will be a late fee of $15 on you next bill. If payment is not made by the 17th of the month, your trash will not be picked up till payment is made. Payments should be made through the office, mail or online only. Please do not leave payments on the can as we cannot be responsible for payments not received in the office.

Auto Pay customers will be charged on the first of every month or the next business day after the first.

Residential services include a 96 gallon can and will be emptied once a week per household.

Personal extra cans are not covered in your monthly billing. Any extra trash that is not in a CTD can will be charged $5 extra per can or more depending on the amount of Trash.

Your garbage must be placed out by road on your pickup day by 6 am to insure pick up for that day. No exceptions.

If one of the observed holidays falls on your scheduled service day you will be notified of the rescheduled service day.

Collection is limited to household trash only! We cannot accept construction debris, dead animals, hazardous waste, metal, wire, tires, or brush. Hazardous waste such as paint cans, batteries, chemicals, ammunition, or other items that would be hazardous to the environment.

Please be mindful when putting items in can that are too heavy to lift. (wet garbage, boxes, books or other items that weigh too much)

We do not accept shingles, ash from burnt garbage, dirt, rocks and yard debris. This trash is not household garbage.

Damage to cans due to pulling or dragging with vehicle, putting hot ash in cans will not be covered.  A Fee for a new can will apply.

Dumpsters- We only offer this service to customers that will be keeping it for a minimum of 1 year.
